I had them out to do a little re-wiring on my kitchen before other work was done in there. I told them three times what was happening and they can't seem to do what I ask. I caught it the first time and had them correct it before they left. The second time I didn't notice until the other work was being done. So I had them out to correct the problem, and it still isn't done right - they went the quickest way possible. What's worse is that they then charged me the emergency call out rate for a full hour (when they were done in under 45 min).
