Price Piano Company

I paid Tim Price $640 on 7/4/2018 for moving a piano/tuning/4 coaster cups ($35 each). The piano was moved, but he never shows up for tuning. I have never received the over-priced coaster cups. I told him I would not want to purchase the coaster cups from him. He promised to refund $140, but that has never happened. I sent him a polite text to him in August, 2018 about the tuning and refund of the coaster cup money. He responded with a very rude and incoherent text. After that I attempted to contact him via text messages and phone calls many time. However, his voice mail box was full, and he did not responded to my text messages. In September he suddenly responded to my text messaging saying that he was in an accident and was in hospital. I wished him well, and waited till the end of October to contact him again, but have received no response from him. I could see that he read my text messages, but he did not respond. I filed complaint via BBB, but BBB informed me that he is not in business. I have checked many online sources, and found out he has changed his address. In fact, he has three different addresses. One is in Lexington, and he is still in business. I do not recommend this business. Mr. Price is not an honest man. He claims he is a Christian, but he is a fake. He does not observe the Lord's words. He is untrustworthy.

Tim and his crew are true professionals who are not only knowledgable but willing to give one-hundred ten percent of themselves to complete a job that many would deem impossible. Courteous, studious, patriotic group of individuals. Highly recommend.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional and went above board to see that my family was very satisfied. Great job to this company.
