My experience living in my apartment was relatively negative from the very beginning all the way until the end where I was told that I had 30 days to vacate after reporting a mold issue in the basement and asking to have the air quality checked. All service and maintenance requests throughout my time at my rental were done haphazardly and left dirty and sometimes with things broken. There was actually a time where one of the maintenance lawn care crew broke our potted plants and then when we asked about it they lied. The frustrations with basic maintenance requests were really only the tip of the iceberg because we were recently made to vacate with a 30 day notice and zero explanation as to the reason. This notice came three days after we asked them to check the air quality because one of the people living in the house was having serious allergic reactions and hive outbreaks and had to see a specialist because of potential mold poisoning. All attempts to gain an explanation as to why we were being asked to leave via text messages and emails were completely ignored. Even after we stated that we would be out of the apartment after the 30 day notice we were threatened with several more paperworks were posted to our front door including an eviction notice. This all happened while we were desperately trying to pack up the house and move out in a flurry of emergency and needless to say really increased our stress levels and made us anxious and worried. This eviction notice came after we explicitly told the management that we would be out of the property in the allotted time. We even had our lawyer send an official document reiterating this fact and Waller management decided to file a forcible detainer even though we told them we would be out. We called the forcible detainer and sheriffs office and even they were baffled as to why someone would pursue something like this even after they were told that everyone would be out of the building and that it would be left very clean and nice. This all happened during the middle of the winter and during a time when decent rentals are not highly available. This entire situation was nothing short of traumatic and we hope to never experience anything like this ever again.

I called Clay to inquire about a property on Lombardy Dr. that I was ready to sign for- great location, okay neighborhood, perfect price and space for my circumstances. We set up a meeting for me to view the duplex, and I was very excited! He was friendly and very accommodating, and I felt hopeful. I showed up at the designated meeting time. And waited. And waited. For an hour total (I really, really wanted this home!) I called twice; first time, shortly after I arrived to the property, and it rang once before going to voicemail. I figured he was stuck in traffic or caught up in another rental property. Things happen. I left a voicemail and hoped he'd call back. I wait another fourty minutes in the 90 degree heat. Call again. No answer. I waited another 10-15 minutes and finally gave up. I still have not gotten a call back, but I followed up on Zillow, and alas, the property was off the market. He could've called and told me. I'm sorely disappointed.

He shows property after securing tenant, but before they move in just to collect 30$ application fees.Did not run application.
