I need 2 cuurent walls removed, 1 wall rebuilt after a shower is installed, drywall added to a wide dining room opening on both sides and above the doorway with a header. The wall being removed between 2 rooms needs to have the luxury vinyl tile patched and the opening framed out and paint touched up. The dining room opening needs to have drywall removed where a decorative square pillar sticks out on each side, drywall added to reduce opening, header added to prepare to hang barn door (provided). The wall in the bathroom needs to be removed first so the plumber can begin work and when plumber is finished, new wall needs to be installed on opposite side of shower, painted and framed out.
