He and his wife, Lynne, have six children together (a few even help out with the business). John has demonstrated loyalty in his commitment to family, and in his commitment to national service during the Vietnam era. His quality work has been appreciated by customers for over 40 years. His dedication has earned him many recognitions, along with opportunities, including a partnership in consumer testing with the University of Missouri State Entomology Department. He stands firm in providing excellent, honest service. Wingate Pest is a company run with integrity, honesty and values. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Mr. John Wingate and have known him in business for many years. Mr. Wingate’s pricing is lower than his competitors. He prides himself in doing excellent work and is respectful, professional and friendly. He is indeed licensed and has been for over 40 years. This is verifiable and public record. Be wary of negative reviews (Tom C.) from angry individuals who were never customers. Wingate is a solid choice.

Tom C. was never a customer, rather a disgruntled former employee. There was never a man truer to his word than Wingate, whose branch in Columbia was doing so well that he sold it and started another in the Liberty and surrounding areas. He is indeed licensed and the State inspectors happened to be there when I called the business just this week. So if you are looking for the most honest and trustworthy pest control company call Wingate. You know they are good to have such haters posting online!

He is not a man of his word I worked with him and found him to be arrogant. Would not listen did what ever he wanted and last I knew he was not licensed in Missouri because he was let go from the real Wingate pest control in Columbia MO.
