Lane Custom Painting

We had two bedrooms, two foyers and a stairwell painted. Great quality, courteous, and professional workers. We will be hiring them for additional exterior projects in the Spring. Would recommend.

Lanes Custom Painting was among the three painters contacted to give an estimate for indoor painting project in Novi. Chuck and his team performed as promised. The quality of work which was completed in two days was exceptional. Thanks for a job well done.

We had Chuck from Lane Custom Painting come and paint the interior of our home. The job was completed in 2 days which I was impressed with at first, but when I saw what it looked like it made sense. There were brush marks all over, parts of walls not even painted, and the edging was done so poorly! When we told Chuck we weren’t happy with the edging he said he wanted to make it right and that he would send a girl he knew to come and fix the edging but she never showed. It got to a point where I had to keep contacting Chuck to come out and finish the job and do it right but there was no urgency on his side. Do the job that I’m paying you to do. That’s it.

I hired Lane to paint 18 windows and 10 doors. 2 painters were sent who proceeded to paint every window shut. A good portion of the windows are still raw wood and there are drip lines and thick paint edges on the raw wood and on the exterior metal portion of the windows. The doors all have obvious drip lines and brush marks. Mr. Lane came out at my request to view the work and agreed it was poor and said he would fix it. That was fine with us, but he has never come and will not return our texts or phone calls. DO NOT USE
