I am attempting to determine the costs to replace a +/-12 year old 50 gallon propane fired water heater. It will require the gas trap to be installed to bring it fully up to code but I do not know if there are any other items necessary to be within code for the City of Oak Point. There is a drip pan with an outlet to the outside. There is a cut-off valve on the supply line as well as on the gas line.
