They installed gutters at our two-story home. Installed the top layer into the bottom layer, which caused them to overflow. Called them and they said "several times" they would come back and fix the issue but they did not. We have been waiting about 4 months for them to be fixed. Now they won't answer our calls. Ridiculous!
