During my previous owned nine homes, I never encountered a roof issue. Now here in Franktown, CO, my three year old Lokal home roof is losing shingles, lifting shingles and losing granules. Since the weather has not been extreme, the solution didn’t seem to be an insurance issue. Consequently I filed a claim with Tamko Building products. The claim process, requiring 20-30 color photos and the removal of shingles left me baffled. Then through good luck I met Anthony Hong with ARCM Roofing. He was key in navigating the claim process. On my roof during 25 mph winds, he expertly photographed problem areas and removed defective shingles for return to Tamko. He further described what should transpire after the claim and what products would prevent future issues. I’m hopeful ARCM Roofing will be replacing my roof before winter.

  | Re-Roofing with a Re-deck. Skylight Installation and Interior Repair | Feb 2016 | Complete Tear off of the original asphalt roofing system. Gaps in Decking required a complete re-deck on the home. A detached garage required a re-deck with modified bitumen (Flat). 2 skylights were removed and replaced and interior repair was done. The asphalt shingle was upgraded at no charge to the customer to a Class 4 Shingle. Instead of re-shingling the window dormer, the shingles were replace with siding at no additional charge. This was an insurance claim and we worked closely with the client and his insurance company to make sure to keep his out of pocket cost as low as possible. | $15k | Denver, CO |
