They didn't show up after any storms. At first they were responsive over text and apologized, then they stopped responding at all. Now I am out $189 with no service from them. Stay far, far away from this company!

Terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone or emails. I was only able to use 2 of the 3 pushes I paid for. I have had no response from them in spite of attempting to contact them multiple times.

I and my husband were in panic mode as Ice had covered everywhere. The penguin guys were out later in the day to salvage the situation. Keep up the good work.

This company will scam you. BUYER BEWARE!

I used them last year and have used them again this year, on both occasions they did not disappoint. They were punctual and did a great job on both occasions.
