Great company to work with!

Absolutely horrible. When I 1st moved in I had no window coverings and my toilet was covered in filth, there were several other items also which I deemed the apt not move in ready. I contacted my PROPERTY mgr and was offered to void the lease vs. making the necessary corrections. After a few days of back and forth the call was escalated to the office manager who actually listened to my concerns and made the adjustments. The property mgr. had never done a walk through before leasing the apt. In Nov. the electricity was out in every room except the kitchen. It took 14 days for this to be addressed. In Feb I called because my heat was out. Ms. Hess made an offensive comment as to whether or not my utility bill was in my name when I reported the outage. After being further reprimanded about using a small space heater, I informed her that her comment was inappropriate and asked that she would please notify someone of my issue (She called identifying herself as the answering service not the owner). 2 days later I called again and was told that she didn't report the outage because I hung up on her. There was another occasion where she sent a fake text message to make it seem like my text errored out to avoid emergency repairs. They do annual inspections where they enter your apartment. Notice was post marked on a Thursday and arrived in the mail that following Tuesday which was the same day as the inspection! A tenant from an adjacent building had to go to the hardware store to get a key made so the individuals conducting the inspection could access my building. Failed to notify us of water shut offs. I missed a job interview because I was unable to shower. When I called to find out what the issue was, I was told to wash my hands with Windex and that I was difficult. She doesn't possess acumen nor exhibit professionalism. Within 14mts. location had 3 different property managers. My last request went unanswered for a month by the property mgr I had to contact the receptionist to have it fixed. Whenever I had an issue I was always told I should just move out. This is not an organization you want to manage your property as customer service is not their focus. The only reason why she is in business is because the tenant has no way of contacting the property owner to inform them of the actual occurrences with the property and the poor management. It's amazing how nice they are while you're an applicant then treat you like you are less than upon execution of the lease. In response to Key Investment's response, I would like to state that I was taken to court for LATE FEES, not unpaid rent. My rent was current as of the date they filed for eviction. The lease had a stipulation where the late fees were converted as unpaid rent. Let's be clear! I absolutely loved my unit! I was unhappy with the lack of professionalism that was constantly displayed by Kim Hess and her staff which she clearly displayed by divulging my personal information on the internet! 3 different property managers in less than a year speaks volumes. And while we are addressing numerous factual inaccuracies, let's start with the fact that this profile states that Key Investments has a B rating when in actual fact they aren't even accredited nor do they have any type of RATING!
