Working with National Energy Contractors was the best experience I have ever had with a contracting company! The work was seamless and error free! Peter was wonderful with every interaction I had with him as well as the women working in the office. The new sunroom and windows that we had installed by them are beautiful. I'm so happy to have had this work done by them, THANK YOU NEC!

Terrible, terrible customer service. Does not honor their "lifetime" warranties. Never returns phone calls. Been dealing with window issues for over four years with no satisfaction. Now patio door breaks and they won’t do anything about that either regardless of their supposed "lifetime" warranty. Jennifer, who answers the phone, is rude and condescending, continually telling us that we "have not done everything we need to do to resolve this issue. Then the owner, Peter, demands we sign a back-dated contract that never existed and when we refuse he refuses to complete promised warrantied work. Shameful and deceitful.
