ALL WEST CONSTRUCTION & ROOFING

This company operates unfair business practices. They don't warranty their work, they add on extras after an agreed contract and curse you when you don't give them the extra thousands they tack on. They are looking to make money, not to be fair and kind. It was a very unpleasant experience and not professional at all. I lost a lot of money on this project and will have to bring someone else to fix it. I would be careful, even if you sign a contract. The script gets flipped fast.

We hired Rob Wuesthoff of All West Construction & Roofing on a referral from a co-worker down at the port of Los Angeles to repair the roof of one of our rental properties in Signal Hill. He was very thorough in his assessment and pointed out things that our other estimates had completely overlooked. He presented us with options that other contractors never mentioned and gave us an extremely fair price. We did the repair knowing that we would be needing a new roof within the next few years. Rob was so straight and direct, even telling us things we didn't want to hear, but making us sure that we were in the best most capable hands. His work was impeccable. A few years later we re-roofed the same building just as he had explained we would need to, and Rob was able to utilize most of the work he had performed during the repair so that we weren't paying double for the same work. After that we hired him to build a porch extension on our personal residence and re-roof 3 other properties we had fore rentals. I would never use anyone else and we have referred him to many of our friends and family, all with rave reviews.
