I hired this company to build my ADU which was completed 1 year ago thru my husband cousin who had there home remodeled. It has been just 1 year and 3 months that the ADU has been completed and the floors are lifting, the toilet seat is loose the water heater is leaking the kitchen cabinets are getting loose and it’s paint is smearing. I reached out to him multiple times to get it fixed, he came out a couple times to address other issues not mentioned. The last time he came he was extremely upset and said I was very picky and he was no longer going to come fix anything since it seemed to be I knew how everything needed to be fixed and had contacts of other people to come fix or repair what he didn’t do correctly. I advised him that was ok and would make sure I made others aware of his unprofessionalism. A professional and well done job company would never hesitate to provide a guarantee of a well job done. He only gave me 1 year of warranty because he knew that he did a poor job! I have photos,text messages emails to proof everything said. Save your self a headache and a lousy job!
