We had an ac problem. We had multiple companies come out before SBS. They found and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. We will only use SBS from now on.
Left the work unfinished. Attempted to put add on charges that were already paid for. Ruined custom made gutters and did not fix. Half way installed 3 set of French doors and left them unfinished. Actually argued with and cursed at my wife.
They obviously don’t have confidence in their work to only give out a year warranty. My shower started leaking again after they “fixed” it. Now they don’t want to come back and do it the right way. 0/5 will not recommend.
