Classic Fence

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I am a business owner and I NEVER trash someone's business online. I've waited long enough to tell everyone the truth about this company. **This is my formal notice to Classic Fence of Longwood.** YOU HAVE 60 DAYS and a right to cure or I will be filing a lawsuit in court for poor workmanship. Furthermore, if something happens to my animals as a result of your poor workmanship, I will file an additional lawsuit. 2 years ago my neighbor and I hired Classic Fence to install our shared fence. When they submitted the proposal, I asked if they were sure the panels would be able to handle the hills and elevation changes in our back yard. Because I was told by another company it required board on board installation. They told me, "we do this all the time and we know what we are doing". The fence cost us over $2000 for just the back section. When the install was complete, we had a ridiculous amount of space under our fence line in multiple locations. UP TO 5 1/2" GAPS. My neighbors have a little dog and I have a pitbull. They absolutely hate each other and bark at each other any chance they get. Fencing is for the safety of our animals. We currently have pavers trying to block our animals from getting to each other. I called the company multiple times to have them come fix the problems from the bad install. Once I was told, "some gaps are allowed by permitting departments" and the other I was told "we are not in the business of moving soil to fix the voids under the fence". I told them that was not was I was assured of BEFORE they installed. I asked to speak to the owner. He never called back. I called TWO MORE TIMES and gave this company ample opportunities to remedy their poor work. And just in case, I called again today. We installed our gates and side fences by ourselves, pulled permits and did a better job than this company did. Code requires a MAX of 2" from the ground. Fast forward to this week, one of the posts is leaning. My boyfriend went out to see what can be done and found that one of the posts is barely in the ground.
