Most of our clientele want their vacant houses staged for resale to get the maximum sales price. This process takes between a day and a day and a half. We have over 11,000 sf of inventory in our warehouse and a full-size moving van for deliveries. If a home is occupied we suggest the following procedure: Stage 1: Initial in-home consultation includes detailed plan for every room regarding use of rooms, and placement of furniture and accessories. Recommendations are made for removal of your surplus furniture, accessories, personal items and clutter. Stage 2: Physical reorganization of your existing furniture and accessories. Stage 3: Suggestions for lighting, carpeting, flooring and paint colors -- inside and outside -- as well as landscaping. Stage 4: Enhance home decor with a selection from Panacea's complete inventory of furniture, floral arrangements, trees, pictures, lamps, and other accessories.
