Rich was on time, respectful, and knowledgable. He is highly conscious of safety and keeping his work and your home's electrical system within the law. He gave me a few options for the repairs that I needed and explained very clearly how my breaker box and outlets would be affected after the changes. He also pointed out a few items that my home inspector didn't catch and gave me some intel on how to fix the problem most efficiently in the future (without trying to upsell more services to me). His pricing was fair and he did the job in the time he estimated it would be done. I would call him again for electrical issues. He seems to have a lot of experience and know-how.
