Excel Contracting & Construction, LLC. (dba ECC, LLC) was founded in May 27th, 2010 with its headquarters established in Louisville, KY. ECC . In addition, we have partaken in various remodeling/renovation project; residential and commercial, giving a team effort with homeowners, investors, banks, preservation companies, prime contractor, realtors, affiliate marketing and some state government work. | Garage | Dec 2014 | The project was a design to build by us... we dug footer/pour built center block wall above grade. Pour 3500 PSI concrete 6" inch thick for floor with smooth finish a total of 15 yards. Install J hook bolts to sit manufactures walls to secure wall with washer/nuts. Install double howe truses 2 feet on center, install 1/2 inch osb board for roof platform to stable roof with 3 tap shingle including ridge vent. Exterior building was installed with a vapor barrier including 4 1/2 inch dutch lap profile with white trim and soffit.
