We specialize in retrofit heating & air conditioning equipment & system replacements, with an emphasis on hybrid heating dual fuel system conversions. We service & install all makes & models. We carry mini split systems from some of the industries top brands as well. Mitsubishi, LG, Fujitsu, Carrier, Trane, & more. Every time you call on us, you can expect & will receive a professional, licensed, factory trained technician that will answer any & all questions you may have, will provide proper recommendations, and give you the piece of mind that you made the right phone call for services. We wear boot covers to protect clients floorings, & lay down drop cloths on installations. We clean up messes as they are made, & file all manufacturers warranties on the clients behalf. For those looking for estimates to replace their central HVAC systems, we provide free, no obligation assessments and quotations. We perform heat loss / heat gain load calculations for all homes considering system replacements, to ensure the correct equipment is selected for each client. We offer many accessories for HVAC equipment. Digital, Programmable, Wifi compatible, & Communicating thermostats, humidifiers in three different set ups, bypass style, fan powered, & steam style. We offer many IAQ, (Indoor Air Quality), products as well. Installed a new Amana 97% AFUE, (Annual Fuel Utilization of Energy), 115,000 BTU, 2 stage, gas furnace, with variable speed, up to 5 ton blower drive, 16 Seer, (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio), 2 stage, variable speed, heat pump, new 5 ton cased evaporator coil, with thermal expansion valve refrigerant metering device, new refrigerant line sets, new partial return air ducting with filter rack, complete new condensation drain line, new Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 series, Digital/Programmable/wifi compatible thermostat, new honeywell outdoor temperature/humidity sensor. Included a new pad for the new outdoor unit, as well as a new service disconnect & weathertight electric connection.Cost included running a new PVC vent from furnace out the side of the home with vent termination kit installed at this location. Included pulling a new thermostat wire to the thermostat from the furnace. Included removing & hauling away all old equipment. Equipment came with lifetime unit replacement warranties on both the outdoor heat pump & indoor gas furnace. Should the compressor or heat exchanger in either piece of equipment ever fail while the Fultz's own the home, Amana will provide a new central heat pump or gas furnace of the same size & efficiency.
