(Subcontractors)They’re inconsistent with not only with the pay but as far as getting the material for the job ready, have deal with a ton of back and forth with the payments and pay disgusting low for jobs that’s are worth more then what they gave and have to constantly move us project to project.

Very shady with their pricing. I confirmed and reconfirmed their service call and hourly labor rate. I was told the service call and first hour of labor is a total of $156 and additional hours are $75 per hour. I thought that sounded very reasonable. According to CAIR it took 32 minutes to repair the AC unit. The parts were free to me because it was under warranty. My labor bill was $260 instead of the $156 I was quoted. Maureen, the office manager, said she overheard Wendy quoted me the pricing and she apologized that Wendy is new and didn't understand the pricing but that I better pay within 48 hours or she was sending my account to collections.

well we did a new build where cair was the heat air contractor.at first everything started out great.awthow i will say that i was talked out of the unit that came highly recommended.so i went with they suggested.i have a full walk out basement with first floor living.they said they could install zone so the basement and living space could be independent of each other.which i thouhgt was cool beens.install went great.getting it up and running is where we went south.i purchased the heat pump with propane back up for when it dips in the teens.well they blew the circuit board for the heat pump.so they bypassed the heat pump to propane to get heat in the house so the inside work could begin.well that cost us additional 387.00$ for 125 gallons of propane, because it took them 3-4 weeks to get the heat pump up and running properly.the whole time telling the builder it was fixed.someone was fibbing.well we officially moved in Jan.11.no one has called to ask to see how things are going.i haven't even been showed how the system operates .then today feb 10 just out of the blue i decided to check to see what shape the filterwas in.it's a new design i have never seen before.it's invisible .they never installed one.so this thing has been running for over close to 3 months.wonder how much dirt has been sucked up into the blower motor and ducts.not to mention all the dirt ricerculated back in the house.all in all my review is terrible it's a negative 5 stars

I requested a cleaning/maintenance for my heating and cooling system. I got a next day appt. Wow I was happy. The gentlemen showed up promptly. He was tidious and competent. No parts needed. Great service. ---Melissa B
