If I could give him a -star rating I would. He is a shady, lying, unscrupulous person. He was late consistently and was messy with installing electrical work. He was also very squirly always leaving and coming in the house! Thank goodness we had cameras in the house because he would’ve tried to rob us probably. He’s also a con artist! He promised the price wouldn’t be no more than $900 for the scope of work. It actually was $1200 and the man tried to ask for more money in cash after we paid 60% upfront. Avoid him at all cost! Please.

Avoid at all cost. I have dealt with 4 months of deceptive behavior and items taken from my lake house (and miraculously returned). Mark had to have payment up front and i was foolish enough to trust him. I went for over 5 weeks without AC in the summer and now i don't have heat in the winter and get nothing but excuses from him (and different email addresses and phone numbers). After a lot of patience and repeated attempts to allow Mark to fix what i paid for,I have contracted a different company to fix my HVAC, as well as fix the other problems created by Cook's HVAC. The experience in working with this company was so poor i am taking legal action against them, i wouldn't recommend them for any work you need.
