Simply Floored

He talked a good game but is unreliable. He told me he works 7 days a week 16 hours a day. In the 4 days he showed up (4+ hours late each time) he only worked for about 3 hours each time. I am still missing material and some of the material he delivered were damaged. Half of my house is down to the sub floor, and now I have to complete the job on my own.
