Could not recommend DES more. We chose them after reading their stellar reviews and they didn't disappoint. Our attic had been finished without any insulation, so it was an uninhabitable sauna during the warm months, and an icebox during the cold. Chris and his team performed a free inspection and then were able to fit us in their schedule right away. The crew was polite, professional, and made sure we understood every step of the process. They were all business, getting the work done quickly and efficiently. They even insulated some areas that weren't in the initial scope of work for free, after noticing the areas needed it. We've already noticed a huge difference in the comfort of our home. So glad we went with DES over someone else.

Chris and team were amazing beginning to end. Took time to understand our needs, provided an accurate and fair quote, and set an agreed upon time. They were prompt, professional and clean! Above all, they solved our unique issues...high humidity, cold spots, and some attic critters. Money very well spent and I'm confident they financial results will come in reduced bills. DES installed new insulation into our home last August and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the difference in temperature that we’ve found in our house as a result. The consultation was fantastic, the crew that did the install was professional and gave us updates at the end of each day, and the comfort in our home cannot even be compared to what we experienced before the install. We live in a cape cod house and some companies wouldn’t even come out to give us a consult on insulation improvements- cannot recommend DES Cincinnati enough!
