September 2, 2016, a Midland County Jury found William Darrell Sparks, a/k/a Sparks Squared Remodeling & Construction, guilty of Breach of Contract, Fraud, Deceptive Trade Practice, etc. The lawsuit resulted from a remodel project Sparks abandoned in 2013. Mr. Sparks has a $200,000+ Judgment against him outstanding and unpaid.
