This is not a reliable or trustworthy company to do business with. We have had nothing but issues with them either with not completely a service or not being competent to do work requested and overcharging / lying about cost of services. I’d spend my money on a more reliable company. Won’t be using again.

Horrible experience. Worst ever. Do not use this company!!! They are rip off artists! Asked for a deposit to install new drain field. I started to detect they didn’t know what they were doing. Ann Marie Prettyman stole almost $4000 from us. She never returned our deposit. We are taking her to small claims court. Beware of this company.

Started with an emergency call day before Christmas eve- they recommended replacing the pump $650.00 (which they had already replaced a little over a year ago) yet once done their staff said that couldn't connect it to the alarm tower so we ran on an extension cord to the house until they could schedule us for another visit, came out again to connect us and determined that the first pump they installed had too short of a cord and ultimately they had to replace that pump with another (at an additional cost and 2 visits) - only to have an overflow again because new longer cord pump was not working - they came out and in 2 minutes determined that the tower in the yard was the problem after all (which they would fix for $500.00 of course) Asked why they could not have determined that to be the problem from day one and they just shrugged. Every time i had to make multiple calls to find out when they were arriving. I do not recommend these guys at all.

This is the type of company that will advise you to replace every WORKING part of your system just to make a bunch of money. Their tech said we needed to replace, pumps, control boxes, floats -- Thousands of dollars of parts + labor. Called someone else and it was 20 minutes to reattach a wire in a splice box. I'm almost wondering if they were the ones that unwired it.
