When we initially got our land flagged for septic and well by AOV we were not available to be at our undeveloped land to observe the placement of the markings. We had trusted them to place markers in the place where our septic and well should go and for us to be able to locate them when we were ready for installation. When we were finally able to afford to get the septic placed we couldn’t locate the initial flags they stated they placed. So we called them and they stated it would cost $450 more to place new markings. They came and placed the new markings and we saw that they were wood markings instead of flags. Why wasn’t these wood markings placed initially? We feel that this company did this on purpose to get more money and to take advantage of us not having the knowledge they have. We would not recommend them at all.

We contracted Acres to perform work for our septic and paid them in November of 2020. After calling weekly for months now, we still have no work completed and the owner wont even dignify us with a response via email or call. We've requested a refund both by email and phone multiple times and they wont even call us back or respond to the emails. Don't trust this company with your hard earned money, they are not responsive and don't seem to want to do work they were paid to do. We've hired a more professional contractor from Charlottesville to handle our work now due to this companies lack of effort both in the work itself and their ability to respond.
