Could not build our dream home. Weaponized FL Lien Law to force additional payments. We won the lien suit and received a Judgment Against BCB. Used great attorneys to extend the lawsuit. Ours is one of multiple current lawsuits against BCB in Panama City Beach, FL.

Bad Experience. Bad Construction, Left Job Before Completion, Filed False Lien. Received Judgment Against BCB. File a breach of Contract Lawsuit. Other have had like experiences and are currently in litigation.
