Hourglass Home Inspections provides home inspections done by a professional that has the clients best interest at heart. It is our job to find discrepancies with each home inspected. If you are looking for a full home inspection and you want it to last less than an hour, then we are not the company for you. We do not just walk through a home looking around. We take our time and make sure we do a good job. Hourglass Home Inspections takes hundreds of photos for each full home inspection or condo inspection. We also provide all the model and serial numbers for the major appliances (water heater, dishwasher, ect) for every inspection. Our goal is to make sure you know what you are buying and there are no surprises.
