| Green Lake | Nov 2012 | We remodeled this house from the bottom to the top. First adding new supports in the basement, lowering the basement 6", and adding waterproofing around the perimeter. Next we took on the basement portion of the project, adding a small kitchenette downstairs. After the basement was completed, we focoused our attention on the upstairs half of the project. Removing every inch of old and starting fresh. New radiant heating, hardwoods, bathroom, kitchen, windows, and even reclaimed an 3rd story space that had been turned into storage. | $100k | Seattle, WA |
