This four-story condo overlooking Lake Union gets a complete overhaul with 35 brand new windows. The old windows were foggy and in desperate need of replacement. This project presented many challenges. Firstly, the terrain around the building is very steep - and in close proximity to neighboring structures. Secondly, the large lake-facing windows were extremely heavy and cumbersome - a problem exacerbated by the surrounding terrain. Washington Energy was able to overcome all obstacles to give the customer a clear view to the lake and a better looking exterior with new windows and trim.

A Daikin Ductless system is quiet and compact - while packing a serious heating and cooling punch. This home mounted the outdoor unit on the back deck. A large master bedroom and two additional bedrooms are serviced by an attic-mounted system.

Summers are getting hotter here in the Pacific Northwest - and this customer had had enough of the heat. In comes Washington Energy and the Daikin Ductless heat pump. The home received an attic unit to cool the living room, two floor-mounted units in the kitchen and in the upstairs bedroom and an additional wall-mounted unit to cool another bedroom. This also home received additional insulation to keep hot air out in the summer and hot air in for the fall/winter.
