Had our gas furnace serviced due to not coming on when needed. They had someone come out the next day. The technician Guy was great and very knowledgeable. After fixing the furnace he took time to explain the problem (some parts needed cleaning).

Sadly after dealing with Washington Energy Services for many years and spending $24,000 in services of full window installation, furnace, and gas fire place installation, our most recent experience with Washington Energy was sorely lacking in customer care when the remote for our $6,000 gas fire place broke after only 3 years. I understand a business needs to make money, but when something you spend $6,000 on breaks in 3 years, I guess I expected a little more customer concern and care and instead my husband told me that when he spoke with the supervisor she basically laughed at him and flippantly said you don't expect us to pay $326 for the new remote do you? It seemed that money was all that was important to them. Never mind that we spent $129 last year for a service visit on the same remote control problems and $129.00 this year on the same remote control problem and also purchased a 1 year furnace filter program for 125.00. This recent experience has left us with a very bad memory with Washington Energy Services and in the end we had to deal directly with the manufacturer of the remote control who was very helpful and professional.

While their install was good, the quality of their glass was horrible - every window in our house has scratch marks in them. It appears to have come from the window manufacturer, but WES installed the windows & was made aware of the defect and quickly distanced themselves from responsibility - we are stuck with what we got & will have to forever look through our scratched glass. I recommend finding a more responsible installer.
