The builder for Best way homes, Nick Stuart (M.H. Sousa) 478-788-8128 is as shady as they come. We hired him to build a home, however once we signed the contract and gave him some money he mostly stopped answering our calls. The few times you could get him to answer, he wouldn't answer any questions. He would just saw if you don't like it, call arbitration. He poured the slab wrong then started the framing without mentioning it to us. We had in the contract we got to pick the options , however he chose them himself and never let us pick. He framed in 2 windows in the garage, then when he installed the vinyl siding he covered them up and said they are no longer included. They left trash everywhere, including burying it in the yard. Stay away from this builder. Everything he tells you is a lie.
