Pathetically slow and non communicative with my builder. Tom visited with my builder at the end of May for an addition on my current home. He stated it would be a week or two for the first draft after he has received the blueprints on the home, which he had within the next couple of days. Over 7 weeks later there has been no communication with the builder or me and no first draft has been presented. The builder has chased with emails to no avail and he has now cost that company well north of $100k in revenue.
