Tried for several years now, to work a plan to rework a complete new Trane system......they refuse to answer any phone calls, email....and yet they've olny been around since 2009. Hardly professional I'd say!

Very DISAPPOINTED with "Integrity Services Heating & Cooling" 😠👎👎👎😠 Would Highly DISCOURAGED anyone from doing business with them!!! 👎👎👎 BAD EXPERIENCE! BAD Customer SERVICE! Their tech were very DISRESPECTFUL!!! They'll treat your home and property with ZERO RESPECT. Leaves their TRASH behind and BREAK THINGS in the process and just takes off when they finish the job without picking up after themselves or try to even fix what they BROKE. They also SCRATCH our Appliances with NO apology. Left their TRASH (from the new HVAC system's packaging) inside our Washing Machine. Also left some SHARP Metals trash on the Floor. We tried to reach out to them, but they just IGNORED our complaints. They were prompt with replying to calls before the service was performed, but once they got their money, NEVER heard back from them. The service Cost was nearly $7,000 to replace the system... and DESTROYING and TRASHING our property or belongings was their way of saying "Thanks for your business!".😠😡😡😠 "Integrity Services H&C" has NO INTEGRITY!!! 😏

They provided us with Honest Service. And we decided to Purchase new equipment that has saved us lots on our power bill. Thank you Integrity Services for your expertise and professional people.
