Cosgrove Construction

I would first like to start by saying that I would I NEVER work with or buy from Cosgrove ever again! Once he has your money that will be the last you hear from Don Cosgrove! I am glad that he does not build the homes and that he has Windsor Homes build them at their facility. The homes are great, but Don’s customer service is terrible. Not to mention the way he communicates or the lack there of. I was called an Asshole over the phone when trying to resolve a problem with the home. I even offered to pay for half of it and he would not fix the issue with the property. Also, he is always too busy to talk with you if you see him in person. He is very condescending and arrogant. He will give you a “sheet” with the list of all of possible sub-contractors that worked on the home. Good luck trying to figure out which one actually did the work. He offers a 1 year home warranty with new homes, but that is worthless because you are the one doing all of the leg work. Also, make sure you do everything via e-mail because then you have a paper trail rather then a he said she said game he will try and pull with you! I could go on and on with my experience! Ask anyone who has ever had to deal with Don Cosgrove and they will tell you their experience with him. Good Luck potential buyers!
