Many people believe the expression "practice makes perfect" yet fail to realize you can practice doing it wrong a whole lot. I have been fortunate to have been tutored by some of the best and toughest mentors. My father and grandfather got me started and from there I went to work for many General, Electrical and Painting contractors. In between this I had so many friends and family who all had issues with something. New doors, New Windows, Leaking Faucets, Water heaters, Boilers, Decks, Siding, Sheds, Dog Houses, Fences, Foundations, and all in between. You name it and chances are I've done it Having served as an Electrician's Mate in the Navy, I ran a small ad in the Santa Monica Journal while attending college and soon built up a list of landlords who were so happy to be able to just give their tenants my number to resolve the complaints. Most of which were plumbing related. I have changed or installed more faucets, garbage disposals, water heaters, boilers, tubs, sinks, showers and commodes than I can count.. Electrical problems are never a problem or challenge for me. Live wires don't scare me. I have served numerous property owners and real estate professionals over the past 20 years performing everything from small job service calls to compete renovations. It's nice to be able to be the Go To Guy that people know who to call when they need a project done. Apartment Turnovers, No Heat Calls, No Power Calls, I could go on with this. Today I am seeking to establish a handyman business along the North Shore. I am currently Residing in Malden and offering Handyman, Fix It, Replace It, Build It, Install It, Repair services for all surrounding communities.
