I recently had Dan at Vivid Painting & Design paint my condo and he far surpassed my expectations. He did an amazing job, was very professional/knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with. Dan was extremely flexible in working around tenants moving in/moving out and completing the work around tight deadlines. He made the unit look new and I would recommend contacting Vivid Painting & Design for all your painting needs. I will be using him for all my future painting jobs.

I am absolutely ecstatic about the outcome of our project(s). Daniel was very professional and worked expediently to get the job done quickly, which made us very happy! When asked, Daniel had really fantastic input and ideas that often, we used! What started as one project quickly became two more, as patching and wall repair was needed. It was not a problem at all, and Daniel quickly adapted to make us happy and got all the work, plus the extra, done on the original schedule. We even took Daniel's design advice on our kitchen cabinets we planned on repainting. Instead, we ended up removing them completely and Daniel painted the INSIDES! It looks absolutely stunning! We are very happy with the results and will be contacting Daniel for our kitchen remodel this fall!

  | Beach Side Interior Renovation and Design | May 2018 | Due to a flood, this condo experienced considerable water damage to the walls, cabinetry, and fixtures. The scope of this project included a "dry-out" with dehumidifiers; drywall, cabinet, and baseboard removal due to water damage. The kitchen, two full bathrooms, main foyer and hallway and livingroom were impacted by this flood; about 900 sqft was refinished. Consultation on design opportunities presented since the walls and cabinetry were removed. - Drywall replacement, drywall finishing (mud, sanding, etc), painting and re-texturing was completed. Baseboard and crownmolding upgrades were completed as well to enhance the look of the home from the previous options utilized. The bottom cabinetry in the bathrooms and kitchen were replaced (to include plumbing), these costs were included, less the cost of the cabinets themselves. Through design consultation, we were able to considerably update the look of the bathrooms; the contractor discount I receive enabled the homeowner to obtain cabinetry previously thought to be outside his price range. This project was a bit more of a "living and breathing" process as the extent of damage was unknown at the start.
