Oscar took my money, waited 10 months to get the permit, and then told me the project was going to cost much more than our contracted amount. He never completed any work and kept the $4000 down payment I gave him. Filed complaint with ROC. Beware!

We had small bathroom remodel completed at our house. The finished job came out great. Dean helped us pick the tile and also the colors to use in the bathroom. The bathroom came in on budget and completed on time. Very nice group of guys to work with.

We used Mermaid Engineering to hang artwork in our home. We have high ceilings and a turning staircase. He was able to hang our larger pieces and a few other ones with ease. Paul is very responsive and his work is very good. We will use him again.
