I called AAm Plumbing few days ago regarding my water heater issue. They called me back but I could not receive their call. When I checked the message, I was surprised to find that they had left me a lengthy instructions on how to fix the problem myself. Later that night, when I was trying to fix the problem, I took a chance and called to AAM Plumbing again after business hours with a question. I didn't reached him, but he called me back later the same night. With AAM Plumbing's help, I was able to fix my water heater issue. I know that they didn't actually perform any work for me. But I was able to solve my issue by following their instructions and talking to them on phone. I was very happy to get a free instructions from them that I never expected, I will call them again in future.
