3A Concrete

We spent $4000 with AAA Concrete to pour a concrete patio. Weeks after the pour the top started popping. Pedro did not leave any stain after completion. He does not return phone calls. I sent the sheriffs office to his address to send him to small claims court but he does not live there. The slab will have to be jackhammered and hauled away. I spent $18,000 on a stamped concrete sidewalk, stacked stone retaining wall, and fire pit. Within days of the work being completed, the concrete started to degrade and is continuing to degrade. The top layer of stain is chipping off. Pedro promised to return to make any repairs within two weeks over two months ago but has been unresponsive. According to another opinion from someone else in the industry, the opinion is the concrete was not mixed properly and this problem will not get better and cannot be easily fixed. It will need to be completely ripped out and start over. My neighbor had a sidewalk put in with stamped concrete by this same company and has had the same problems with no response.
