Pro Disposal Inc

I have never done this before, but I want to make sure any of my friends who use Pro Disposal know what kind of business they are paying money towards. Today, I was getting on 575 with a lot of other traffic that was moving very slowly because of an accident. Ahead, a crumpled sedan was on its side, next to a police car and several other passenger vehicles. Traffic was moving, but very slowly. As I approached the bottom of the ramp, several semis and a garbage truck were clustered together, refusing to let anyone else onto the highway. Cars were running into the emergency lane and the grass. I put on my blinker and calmly tried to merge and the green garbage truck swerved towards me, and also closed the gap I was trying to merge into. They did the same towards several other cars, all while laughing, so Joseph called the number on the side of the truck. He wanted to be a good citizen and inform the supervisors that their drivers could cause an accident and create negative publicity for their company name, which was written on the truck. The lady on the other end informed him that he "probably cut them off" and told him it was his fault (even though I was driving), along with other highly unprofessional sayings before he finally hung up. I immediately called back and asked for a manager, and the same lady replied that she was in charge. She told me all of their trucks had cameras. "I already done seen what you did to my truck, and if you call here again, I'm having you arrested for harassment". I was shocked, but tried to be rational. But the next thing she said was "call this number again and you'll be sorry." I asked her if she meant for that to sound like a threat, because I was confused and she said "you bet that's a threat, call here again and see what happens." She kept rambling threats at me and wouldn't let me speak, so I eventually told her to have a nice day and hung up. I would hope that this is an isolated incident, but if you live in Marietta or Kennesaw and use Pro Disposal Inc, you may want to do some digging and decide if this is the type of business you want to support. I hope the drivers straighten up, but more so I hope that someone explains the legal issues with threatening strangers over the phone.
