Had them reattach my fence. Took them 20 mins and charged me $175. I have always used them but won't use them again.

On May 17th I called to get an estimate to have my backyard fenced in. He said he would contact me in a couple of days. Two days came & went, no call. I called him again on the 24th he finally came that evening. We discussed where I wanted the fence & gate, wood type, date I needed the job finished. Before leaving he stated he would text me a picture of the pre-stained wood within 2 days. Two days came & went, no text. Sent him a text on the 28th to let him know the phone number on the paperwork was wrong & to please text me the picture, no text. Called the following day & left a voicemail, no return call. I made my final call on the 31st. he said I would receive the picture that day, no picture. I wasted 2 weeks with this unprofessional man who knew I need the fence finished on the 11th. I contacted another contractor yesterday & he came over that evening. He brought a notebook of fences he had done along with images of wood options. Before leaving he gave me the day & time they would begin working. Dealing with Tackett's fence has been a nightmare to say the least.
