If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Ms. Snyder is a terrible human being with zero respect for prospective buyers. To make unfounded assertions about another person’s health state is unconscionable. Never mind her concern for so-called hygienic “rudeness,” when she herself had paperwork and personal items scattered across her client’s kitchen countertops. Our 6+ feet social distancing met all state mandates. Her inability to keep her mouth shut has successfully cost her and her client a nearly $900k transaction. We have advised our realtor that we are not to be shown any properties listed by Snyder Bailey and Associates going forward.
