Kevin E Pitts with Blount Surveys came out and surveyed some properties for me. I manage commercial construction jobs and have had a lot of surveys done. 1. He charged way to many hours for this job. 2. he set the off sets wrong. I found this out after meeting with the city of Alcoa. 3. then he wouldn't answer my calls or come out and correct this. 4. so I paid over 2500.00 dollars for nothing.
