King Plumbing and Drains (Drew & Son) repaired leak on cold water line in wall behind lavatory sink. Drew King was the technician, and he replaced a portion of pipe. After the fact, his receipt read "No warranty on repair do to pressure." Drew didn't state this during the short visit. However, his web site states that all of his work is 100% guaranteed. Drew was supposed to call me to explain the "No warranty on repair do to pressure" addition that he added to the bill, but I haven't heard from him. His son gave the message to him before they left my driveway, however, Drew didn't phone me. His rate was VERY EXPENSIVE.

King Plumbing 980-829-6387 Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00. Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable. Highly recommend them

I had Drew with King Plumbing and Drains install a tankless water heater, and whole house filtration system in my home. He was informative, punctual, neat, and respectful of my home.
