If you are looking to move or build a home under the supervision of this company, please strongly reconsider. The lack of communication with residents is beyond excusable. The only form of consistent communication you will have is in the form of violations. After only 8 months of living in our community we have decide to explore putting our house on the market and relocating. It has nothing to do with the neighbors but the severe lack of communication, concern or compassion that the HOA and Property Management company has towards the residents. The standards and expectation from the residents compared to the HOA is night and day. There seems to be some acts of favoritism and preferential treatment toward certain members of the community. New residents are on their own to figure out how the HOA polices work they offer no suggestions or recommendations as to help you, just violation after violation. Again, if you see that name on the HOA, really consider if you want to invest in Tylenol for the amount of headaches you are sure to experience.

I just closed on selling house in Williamsburg subdivision in Weddington,NC. Braesael charge $260 transfer fee and $40 service fee. How greedy and excessive to charge someone for nothing. There was nothing they did to earn any monies except close the account....no "transfer". Would not reccomend a company that operates in such a manner.
