Worst rental experience I have encountered. Upon move in the back yard fence had numerous holes which allowed our dogs to escape out into the neighborhood. Had an issue where the foundation shifted in the house creating a large hole in the kitchen ceiling along with cracks on the outside of the house & many walls inside. Was told by AM Realty it wasn’t a foundation issue even though for two plus weeks there was a construction crew there which repaired the foundation for half of our house. During hurricane Florence the hole in my Kitchen ceiling (which was never repaired even though AM Realty was aware of the issue) began leaking heavily and had debris collapse into the kitchen. After 2-3 weeks the roof was repaired but not the kitchen ceiling, debris, or the potential for mold due to water damages DIRECTLY above where we were expected to cook. AM Realty then explained repairs wouldn’t be done until after we moved out & asked if we wanted to continue living there for $150 more per month even with the issue above not being resolved. By FAR the worst rental experience I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go with another agency that stands by their properties. Check on Facebook for pictures, couldn’t post them here.
