Greg and his crew worked diligently from start to finish, and my projects were far from typical. Lot's of work needed on a 1920's built home off Brighton with a high ARV. They came in, stayed within budget despite unaccounted for repairs and got the job done. They are currently working on two of my other properties and they should be finished up within a few weeks. I'd recommend Greg and his crew to anyone looking to flip a home in DFW, they do excellent work!

Working with this company had been one headache after another. They requested 50% upfront only to get the work started weeks later and always come up with an excuse as to why they are behind or not working on the house. Our project was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. * weeks later and we are only about 25% completed. We ended up paying them over $15,500 just to keep them working and another 2 weeks would go by without significant progress. We ended up seeking legal help, disputed whatever money we could through our credit card and fired this company after they refused to return our money for the uncompleted work. They also operate under the name Investment Rehab Source LLC. Be aware and stay away form Greg Parsons!
