Unprofessional company to work for! If your hired here, think twice! Owner will threaten you with bluffs if you want to come pick up a last check which is legally supposed to be issued by next pay-date, or mailed, and also threatens to call police when you just want to return THEIR office key. Hope their mail is a safe, cause I mailed it. Don’t recommend working for them at all, super unprofessional and not respectful to your workmanship!

If There was a negative star rating I would have selected it, but unfortunately 1 was the lowest I could select. We bought our brand new beautiful home about 3 weeks ago and decided to get handles installed on our new custom cabinets. We decided to go with Mr. Handyman of Midwest Collin County, considering their promise of a “worry free experience” provided by “professional technicians.” Here is a recap of our “worry-free experience:” Our tech Dawson was supposed to come out at 10am and showed up at 3pm. We were never called by the company for an update. WE had to contact the company and ask where our technician was. He installed over 50 handles, and almost ALL of them were crooked. I’m not talking barely crooked. This job was BAD, extremely noticeably crooked. Our new cabinets are ruined, as they now have holes drilled in them incorrectly. When we asked him how to fix the holes that needed to be redone, he said “I don’t really know, but I will study up on it this weekend and come back Monday.” The tech did not clean up any part of his mess. There are wood chips all over the floors, pencil marks all over my white cabinets, and trash scattered throughout. We are incredibly stressed out and disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
