we hired Choice Fence And Remodeling, for Remodel of bathrooms and Paint cabinets/ countertop/ shower floor. They were so helpful in the process and they provided excellent service. The paint and countertop/ tile work was exceptional and I would reccommend their services.

We decide to hired Choice Fence And Remodeling. We have remodeled a few homes over the past few years and were familiar with the process of remodeling. We had tried to find someone that could do the job in the frisco area. Many contractors that we met with at our place never returned our calls. There were contractors who said the job was to big, they can't remodeling big houses, and contractors who we didn't think were qualified, We wanted a contractor that had a good reputation. was insured, and bonded. Our friend referred us to CHOICE FENCE AND REMODELING. We scheduled a date for them to see the work needed. They returned the bid for the job in a timely manner. They were over our budget but we felt they could handle the job that we wanted. The job would consist of jack hammering the floor and digging down to the pipes under ground to move the plumbing and build out the bathroom/ kitchen remodeling Work started on schedule and as on every remodel a few bumps, but that is why we went with CHOICE FENCE AND REMODELING, as they could handle the bumps. Our project manager Armando gave us a schedule/timeframe of the work to be done and it was on time. They have good communication skills as Armando stopped by to check on work daily and was easy to reach by phone about any questions. Workers were very polite and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend CHOICE FENCE AND REMODELING.

Horrible. Didn't start on time. Had a certified check stolen. Didn't complete work. No cleaning dust an inch thick uncovered my electronic equipment. Would not communicate about scheduling. Scuffed up brand new appliances. Would not give me his insurance info for a claim so he took money off that I didn't really owe. I fired them because a 3 week job turned into 8 weeks. The cabinet maker is great the drywaller is great. The rest nightmare. Also contract not followed. Distressed cabinets he wanted more money it was in the contract. Put in a double sink while we were out of town contract said single. Don't use them. The owner makes the money the workers don't so therefore they don't care.

Do NOT hire this company for tile work. We hired this company to complete a bathroom remodel and they have not completed the work as we asked. They also damaged a sentimental piece of furniture. We hired Choice Fence and Remodeling about a month ago to remodel our master bathroom. We gave him a 50% deposit upfront. From day one we have had problems. The company sent people over who did sloppy work. They borrowed our tools out of our garage without asking. When they were working on the tub tile the first time, they didn't even use a tile cutter so there were jagged edges. They tiles were also sticking out unevenly all over. None of them lined up. It was a disaster. We told them they had to redo it. They came out and tried for a second time. They took off all the tiles and reused them as well as the shower board for their second attempt. The second attempt they tried to reuse the decorative pieces, but they were unable to make them straight because they were off of the netting now. We told them it was unacceptable so they took it down for a second time and tried again. The third time they were able to get the tile on mostly straight, but again reused the same shower board. While doing a nightly walk through, we noticed that the shower grout was a different color than the floor grout. We told him that was not acceptable and he said he would fix it and that it was the sealant that needed to be done. They came again to clean and when I got home I noticed that the furniture in the master bedroom was moved and there was a big chunk missing from the long dresser. They keep telling me they didn't do it, but they were the only ones in our home. It is a new break with freshly exposed wood so it is clear that one of their crew members damaged the furniture. On top of all of this we have a backyard full of trash and demo debris and paint on our other dressers. Please save your time and pick another contractor.
